I’m a lifelong learner, so there are many lenses possible in our conversations together. Sometimes I joke that I am a cosmic librarian, hoping to find the perfect book or concept for a person that is a match. I always hold the concepts lightly, just as a working model or thought for us to entertain together. I seek and share ideas that could potentially bring more clarity and ease to a situation.

I have been a practicing acupuncturist in Portland, Oregon for a handful of years. I loved the depth and the one-on-one time with others. While I was doing that work, I began studying psychotherapy as a way to help others create stories and understanding around the things that they were feeling while in deep states.

Psychotherapy study has unfolded to today, where I offer sessions online and in-person. In-person sessions are an option in Portland, Oregon - on N Mississippi Ave. I am in network with Providence, Regence, BCBS, Moda, Pacific Source, Aetna and Tricare in Oregon.
